Ceropegia woodii or String of Hearts
Ceropegia woodii also known as string of hearts due to the delicate heart shaped leaves that cascade over the pot.
This plant is a vining succulent which means it is not as delicate as it looks and is a great gift for yourself or someone you love that is a beginner plant parent.
In addition to its attractive leaves, it also produces small, bead-like tubers or bulbs. These bulbs can be planted like seeds to grow new plants quickly and easily.
Vines will arrive coiled around the pot to protect them in transit. Gently unfurl the coils and separate apart the vines around the pot - try not to rush this stage as may result in foliage loss. Don't worry though as a this plant is a fast grower it will regenerate quickly.
Potted in a biodegradable coconut fibre. Kokodama have an insert pot so does not need to be repotted. Pot sized at 17cm and plant vines around 45cm in length and can trail to around 2 metres.
